
Day 24 Food Journal:
-Kashi Heart-to-Heart cereal with soy milk, apple/blueberry leather
-banana
-black beans, rice, mushroom, artichokes, wheat berries, squash, zucchini (the vegan assortment in the cafe today was phenomenal!)
-Blossom Vegan Restaurant: black-eyed pea cake with chipotle aioli, porccini rigatoni, lentils and root vegetables baked in a phyllo crust, served over a carrot-cream sauce. Caramelized onions and swiss chard complement. (Although scared and reluctant, Kathleen agreed to sample the vegan cuisine and enjoyed most of it!)-apple

The food looks delicious! You're almost inspiring me to try vegan....
