11:00 - smoothie (carrot, spinach, banana, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, flax seed/oil) - yummiest yet!2:30 - maki roll (nori, wasabe, carrots, cucumber, radish, avocado, scallion)
4:30 - lentils, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, garlic topped with some leftover chipotle adobo sauce (onion, garlic, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce). I concocted this mashup and was pleased.
7:00 - same smoothie as AM
