Eat all the junk food you want...

Day 27 Food Journal:
-oatmeal; mushrooms & spinach
-apple
-salad with barley & tofu, chickpea soup
-dark chocolate
-veggie soup, peanut butter
-cashew ice cream

I think it's time that I listen to more of Michael Pollen's advice and follow his Food Rule #39: Eat all the junk food you want -- as long as you cook it yourself.  As you can tell from my food journals, I like ice cream and related products.  Maybe I'll try to make one of these and then savor and appreciate the treat even more!
Dairy-Free Ice Cream
Fudgesicle Ice Cream
Vanilla Coconut Ice Cream
Tofu Chocolate Mousse
or plain ol' butternut squash and cinnamon (hot or cold)
