Too much of a good thing is...

..not great.  I've been so excited about easily finding vegan options that I've been eating too much.  This is something I will try to reign in, as I learn to listen more intently to my body's needs.

Day 25 Food Journal:
-Kashi cereal with soy milk, banana
-chipotle seitan enchilada, guacamole, quinoa black bean, curry cashews/almonds
-apple, Orange Mango HonesTea
-Emeril's rustic tomato soup(made lovingly by Kathleen), apple cider, a LOT of Purely Decadent "ice cream"
