Even baby steps = progress

Day 38 Food Journal:
-oatmeal, banana
-roasted veggies, Israeli couscous, portobello/spinach/marinara on focaccia
-Googley blueberry smoothie with orange and banana
-kelp noodles with broccoli, peppers, onion, mushrooms, chili sauce, peanut butter
