My Sunday Funday


My ideal "Sunday Funday" is sleeping in til 8a, eating a yummy breakfast with a cup of tea, chatting with family, biking to the farmers market, playing guitar, tending to my potted plants, hiking in the mountains, cooking dinner, and watching a movie with friends.  Have I mentioned that I might actually be 60 years old?  oh, and single?  yeahhhhh....
Well, this is what I did today - except we watched the Oscars instead of a movie - and I loved it. I know you're jealous.

Day 30 Food Journal:
-Kashi cereal, flaxseed, almond milk
-glazed walnuts
-1/2 Gardein bbq pulled shreds on wheat water crackers, carrot
-leftover veggie/tofu soup, red wine
-butternut squash with cinnamon and maple syrup, roasted squash seeds

Little did I know that butternut squash is Meatless Monday's fruit/veggie of the week! Score!
