Day 39 Food Journal:
-oatmeal with cinnamon, dried blueberries, raisins, flaxseed
-Juice Squeeze - "Wild Berry"

-kelp noodles leftovers with peanut butter, red wine
At first, Laura and Shannon documented their journey as vegans for 2 months. Now, Laura continues the journey toward healthy living.
