Live cheaply - live longer

By reducing caloric intake and eating healthy whole foods, you will live longer.  Additionally, if you buy the good foods now and take care of your health, you will reduce your health care expenses now and later in life.  Plus, this article points out ways that you can buy healthy food without breaking the bank.

Day 39 Food Journal:
-oatmeal with cinnamon, dried blueberries, raisins, flaxseed
-Juice Squeeze - "Wild Berry"
-grilled asparagus, brown rice, salad
-apple
-kelp noodles leftovers with peanut butter, red wine
